Create a static homepage for your team

You now have the ability to create a static block of content that will live on the top of your team home. This can be useful if you want to have more control over what users see when they first log in.

To edit the team home, just select it from the team dropdown here:

You can add formatting like lists, headers and @mentions via the keyboard shortcuts.

As part of this change we also moved user todos into the user profile that can be viewed via a new navigation link.

Add references to Notion pages and use them to answer questions in Tettra

You now have the ability to connect your Notion account and use the pages in Tettra.

If you already have documentation stored in Notion you can reference it in Tettra by adding it to a category or subcategory.

You can also use Notion docs when answering questions for you team.

To set up the Notion integration, go to you integration settings and connect your notion account.

Improved exports

Exports now include the correct category/subcategory structure as well as updated support for more content types like images. Files and images embedded in Tettra pages will now be included in the export.

Embed any webpage in a Tettra page

We’ve expanded our embedding functionality so you can now embed any iframe inside of a Tettra page. Just select the “embed” option from the block menu in the editor and paste a url.

This allows you to embed content like dashboards or written content from other sources like Google Docs.

Add rich descriptions to categories

You can now add rich text descriptions to the top of any category. This allows you to include any static content to categories that will help your teammates navigate and use the category. Full formatting will work including headers, lists, @ mentions, and page references.

Reference urls and Tettra pages in multiple categories

You can now add a reference to any url or Tettra page in categories or subcategories.

This allows you to:

  1. Organize external content that lives outside of Tettra

  2. Add a Tettra page to multiple categories

To add a reference, click the “+” button in the top right an click “add a link”

From that modal you can insert a url, or search for an existing Tettra page to add to any category.

Pull ad-hoc monthly analytics reports [Scaling Plan only]

Every month, we send scaling customers 3 .csv reports:

  1. Users activity report

  2. Pages report

  3. Questions report

This lets you do a deeper analysis on the usage inside your account.

You can now request the analytics report for any month at any time from your team settings page.

Answer questions where they're being asked with Q&A for Slack

In April, we launched a new Q&A feature which allows you and your team to ask and answer questions in Tettra. Starting today, you’ll be able to use this workflow right inside of Slack to answer your team’s questions where they’re already being asked.

The updated Slack integration makes it easy to use your existing Tettra content to answer questions. When there isn’t existing content that answers the question, it’s easy to create new content as well. Answered questions will be searchable in Tettra for future reference as well.
