This summer our team has been busy spending time outdoors, enjoying the company of friends, and shipping lots of great new features.

It may be oppressively hot across the country, but here in the slightly less hot confines of Tettra HQ (we have A/C issues), we’ve been hard at work trying to make your work lives easier.

Here’s 7 improvements we’ve made to Tettra in the last two weeks that I think you’re going to love.

Autosave

We know how frustrating it can be when you lose content while you’re editing a page. Autosave will help make sure that never happens.

If you ever do accidentally close a page while editing, your draft will automatically be saved in “My Drafts” so you can pick up where you left off.

Page references

A wiki is only as powerful as how interlinked the pages are. Previously, you would have had to manually copy and paste links to other pages. Now you can search for an internal page in the link menu to quickly add a reference to another Tettra page.

Just hit (cmd+ k or ctrl + k) in the editor to bring up the link menu. You can also highlight text and use the link button.

Delete Comments

We still haven’t figured out a way to rewrite history, but the ability to delete comments should help.

Avatar Tooltips

You can now hover over avatars to see who made a revision or can view a page when there isn’t an avatar present.

Slack Notification Improvements

Notifications in Slack are now much easier to read thanks to some formatting improvements we’ve made.

Improved Pasting from Word Docs

We know that being able to import existing documents you have into Tettra is really important. So we’ve done some work to make pasting content from Word docs more seamless.

In App Billing Management

You now have the ability to add and manage your credit card on file as well as see how many users you have on your account. You’ll find those in your “team settings”.

That’s it for this update. Thanks for using Tettra and keep the feedback coming!

Stay cool out there. 🔥🌡😎
